We reached out to Christina and she was so quick in responding, answering questions, going back and forth with the seller. She was amazing. There were a few offers on it but we ended up being chosen. Long story short, our mortgage company dropped the ball a few times but Christina kept everyone in the loop and really went to bat for us even when things got tough. She was my saving grace through it all. Buying a home in FL from RI is not for the faint of heart. She toured the home for us and sent us videos and even went back to bring the trash bins in once we closed. She is an angel and I love her to pieces. I not only had an amazing realtor but I truly believe I gained a friend. She is the best.
Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire transaction, and when lender issues arose, she never stopped advocating for her clients while working collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. She handled a multiple-offer situation with professionalism and determination, and together we made it to a successful closing. I’d gladly work with Christina again and highly recommend her!
