Excellent knowledge of area and very helpful. We had many impromptu days to see houses as they would show up in the market. Christina was always ready to make thr showings happen in a very efficient manner. She also is helpful narrowing in on homes once she understand your preferences. We had our hearts set on a new build for our family but being out of state and having a contingency on selling our own home, the timeline didn't match up and we just ran into too many hiccups with the builds selling too quickly out from under us. We reached out to Christina and she was so quick in responding, answering questions, going back and forth with the seller. She was amazing. There were a few offers on it but we ended up being chosen. Long story short, our mortgage company dropped the ball a few times but Christina kept everyone in the loop and really went to bat for us even when things got tough. She was my saving grace through it all. Buying a home in FL from RI is not for the faint of heart. She toured the home for us and sent us videos and even went back to bring the trash bins in once we closed. She is an angel and I love her to pieces. I not only had an amazing realtor but I truly believe I gained a friend. She is the best.
