Myer is located 60 miles south of Sarasota. The home is well built with cinder block and reinforced roof and sustained no damages other than the sliding glass door becoming derailed off its track. She provided timely information, and this was such a relief for us. These video updates saved us a couple of unplanned trips to Florida. We flew down to the home for the walk-through inspection about 2 weeks before the closing date. Christina meticulously helped us go through the home, pointing and labeling the defects that needed to be corrected. Before closing, she revisited the home and sent us the video of the repairs and touch-ups so we could comfortably close on the home from out of state. Her services do not stop after closing. She continues to work with the home builder and tracks down the responsible construction foreman, to finish any remaining touch up/repair items that were not accomplished before the closing (there were still a few remaining items, and the home purchasing agreement gives home builder up to 30 days after closing to finish the work). Upon our request, Christina shared with us a list of trustworthy contractors that we would need to service our home. This saved us much time and headache, and it is not an easy task for any buyer who is not familiar with Sarasota. Throughout this home purchasing process, Christina is consistently representing the buyer's interests, going the extra mile, quick to answer email and text questions, all the while with the most pleasant demeanor. She is truly a professional, reliable, one-stop service for out-of-town home buyers, and we are very fortunate to have found her.
